Karen G. for Model Number FEF339FSC My problem is the stove top works fine but I can not get the oven to heat. I have check the timer and clock and they seem to work fine, but still the oven does not work at all. Do I need a new probe for my oven. Thanking you in advance for your help.
Answer Hello Karen! Is the bake element heating at all or does it have any breaks/weak spots in it? If it does it may need to be replaced, part number 316075103. Also make sure that the bake element is getting the proper 240v before replacing. If its not, it could be a problem with the clock 5304518660 or the wiring (from the clock to the element).
