Answer Hello Chris. First and most importantly, unplug the unit to prevent electrical shock or death. Next remove the bottom panel across the front of the unit. The drain pump is in the bottom of the unit right in the center. Here's a really good tip to prevent swimming around in there. If you have a shop vac, get all of the water out that you can because when you remove the hose, all of the water will come out at once. Remove the wires to the pump first, then the hoses.
