Lorenzo T May 05, 2021 for Model Number 41748102701 hello gays i have a questionabout my Washer the drain pump do not drain i replace for a new one and still do not drain can you help me please
1 Answer Lorenzo, You will want to test to see if the pump is getting 120 Vac to it and if there is not then the issue will be a faulty control. If there is then check for restrictions in the hose system. Read More...
Harry Rukstad August 13, 2020 for Model Number gltf2940fs2 I have water under the washer. checked all drain hoses , pump and tub seal but can't see any where that might cause a leak. Any suggestions ?
1 Answer Harry, I would also check the pressure switch line on the right side of the tub when standing in front of the washer. I have seen those get a hole rubbed through before. Also not sure if the tub seal you were referring to is the door bellows or not but open the door and check around that door seal inside for any holes as well. If that is what you checked the other tub seal is in between the tub halves (front and back), check there to see if it is leaking between the tubs and remember to check the tubs real good the may have a hole as well. Even if you don't see the leak, look around for any signs of watermarks on the cabinet as it can direct you towards the leaking location. Read More...
Jeff July 14, 2020 for Model Number FAFW3801LW4 Just cleaned out the tub-to-pump hose and now am getting an error code of E23. How do I tell if it is the pump or the control board that is bad?
1 Answer Jeff, Check to make sure that the pump is not clogged and if it is not, test to see if you have 120 VAC to the pump of the unit and if there is power then the pump is faulty. If there is not power then the issue will be the control board. Read More...
John H April 05, 2020 for Model Number FAFW3511KW0 The drain pump kicks on but the water coming out is very slow and takes for ever to empty. I took the back panel off and noticed some small white plastic shavings on the bottom. I took the tub hose off and noticed some hair and such but it was not blocked like it would need to be to produce no flow. The only thing left is the pump? Would the pump kick on but not pump if it was bad?
1 Answer John H., inside the drain hose going from the tub to the pump, is a coin filter. You should be able to squeeze it out of the tub side opening and clean it. if you hear the pump motor coming on it should be working unless the impeller is stripped. When you turn the impeller manually with your finger, it should have a little resistance to it, if it does not, replace the pump, part number is 137221600 Read More...

Rob P. April 14, 2018 for Model Number flxec52rbs1 I need a drain pump for this unit. The part number off the actual drain pump I took out is 131724000 - the part it suggests is number AP5684706 - which looks compatible the other number for that part is 137221600 anyway I put my model number in the double check box and it says it is the wrong part. The pump that comes up when I put the appliance model number in the search bar on your home page doesn't look rite - this unit is the stacked washer and dryer so I don't think it is very common.
2 Answers Rob, The Frigidaire laundry center is a more "popular" and "common" product than you'd imagine. As best we can tell and verify, the 137221600 / 137221600 Washer Electric Drain Pump And Motor Assy . is the correct part to order for the model number you supplied. The [131724000] drain pump, has been replaced by the manufacturer with the [137221600]. We had to use model number FLXEC52RBS2, it was the closest we could find, using the manufacturers web site. Apparently, your laundry center was produced and located in Canada. The compatibility chart in the AppliancePartsPros.com web site would not recognize the model number you supplied. Read More...

Mike January 05, 2018 for Model Number LTF2140ES0 I am replacing the drain pump. I have a black and a red wire. The pump has two terminals one marked with an "L". Where do the wires go? I didn't take a picture.
1 Answer Hello Mike, Since the motor is not a polarized part it will work properly with the wires connected either way. The ac motor will not be affected by switching the wire positions. Read More...
