Barbara for Model Number 25354364490 Ice maker has 2 options "cube or crushed" When I push for CUBES it's crushed ice on both options. Thank you for your help.
Answer Barbara, When you pull out the ice bin, next to the auger in the back of the freezer there will be a square hole, you will want to check to make sure that the arm of the solenoid is in the down position. If it is in the down position then make sure that it is not damaged. If damaged then it would need to be replaced.
