Charlie for Model Number PLHS269ZCB2 received starter device #5304491941 2 white wires and no markings to indicate load or neutral posts on harness old part has red wire (load) and blue wire (neutral) Do I connect the blue wire to the post closest to the middle of the new starter as shown in the instructions, color pic step 5? Two answers to this question seem to contradict...answer to "Tina" states blue connects to post closest to middle....however, that post seems to pass directly through to the overload....which contradicts the answer to K.a. ...K.a. states he attached blue to the post closest to the middle of the starter as shown in pic and as stated in answer to Tina this resulted in his starter burning....Please clarify which post to attach red (load) and Blue (neutral) ...on new starter is red the top post closest to the edge of starter and blue the bottom post that's toward the middle of starter...or visa versa...
