Saffron for Model Number fgbd2438pb Dishes in the lower rack are not getting clean. When I tested a rinse cycle and opened the door quickly to see what the lower arm is doing, I could see that the blue sprayer part is working fine, but the whole arm isn't rotating. I've cleaned out all the filters, but no go. Looking at part #62 in your list, the support for the arm, I can see that it appears to have worn down spots in the grooves where the arm sits (almost looks like little melted or stress spots at the end of the brackets.) Do you think this is my problem? I'd like to try replacing it, but don't know if I'm on the right track.
Answer Saffron, You will want to get down into the pump and make sure that there is nothing clogging the pump. If there is then this can cause the spray arm to not turn.
