John for Model Number 790.45489501 I am replacing part 318220080 with replacement part 903136–9010. I do not question if this is the correct part, my problem is on the back of the old part all prongs are labeled L1, L2, H1, H2, and P. However, on the new part, the prongs are not in the same location and they are not labeled. The picture of the part looks just like the part in your pictures, however, like I said they are not labeled so I do not know what wire goes to which prong.
Answer John, H2 is going to be the terminal that has the bar stretching across the switch assembly. Directly above that terminal is L2, and then L1 is at the top of the switch.
