Bandy for Model Number FDB1502RGS2 My dishwasher seems as though it is going through its cycle. You can hear the water coming in and you can hear it click through each cycle, but on the wash part of it, which is normally the loudest part of the cycle, you can't hear the water being circulated. The detergent door opens but it is just streaming down the front of the door and not being distributed in to the tub. Can you give me any idea what the problem is. Thanks!
Answer Hello Bandy, If you can hear the motor running, you need to check the filters and the spray arms for clogs. If it isn't making any motor noise during this time and voltage is being supplied to the motor, the motor 154844301 has failed and needs to be replaced. Of course, you should first check the water level when the unit has finished filling. If the water level is low, (it should be within about half an inch below the heating element), either the water valve 154637401 has failed or the water level float is stuck in the up position.
