Remove the two ¼-in. hex screws securing the front of the cover/lid assembly to the cabinet. Pull the top cover toward you while lifting up the front edge to release the side catches. Slide the top cover to the left to release from the 3 tabs. The cover kit comes with the additional instructions needed to replace the cabinet apron and new top cover.
