Kevin for Model Number WNSR3100W0WW Washer would not agitate so I removed the font panel and the belt was lying on the bottom floor of the washer. There had been alot of obvious rubbing of the belt on the floor. My question is, am I experiencing the apron sagging issue? If so what part number would I need to replace it? Thank you.
Answer Hello Kevin, Your model number does not fall in the model list put out by GE as a model affected by the apron kit issue. You can tell by removing the main front panel and holding a straight edge across the front of the body near the top. With the straightedge in place, you will see the malformation of the cabinet. In the apron issue, the sides of the cabinet will normally bulge out directly under the main top on both sides. This can be an issue with the lower transmission shaft which is not serviceable without changing the gearcase. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, December 24, 2014
