John for Model Number PTI22MFMARBB I have the rusting problem that everyone is complaining about. It only took about 1 month for the new one to rust (purchased a few years ago). I read somewhere online that the current replacements are now stainless steel. Are these augers now made from stainless steel or are they still just chrome plated steel? Thanks
Answer Hello John, Since the part number does not cross, I doubt that the part has been changed. Normally, if a part is changed, the number will cross to the number of the new design of the part.
