Hello Russell, This problem can be in the dispense area or in the main control. I was going to look at the configuration but could not without a model number. I would open the dispense area and if there is a micro switch that is activated by the dispense paddle, check for it being sticky. This occurs from dispensing ice into a glass of sticky drink such as tea, kool aid, coke, etc. The problem is caused by the splash getting into the switches.
