John I have a ZISS480DRBS that won't cool the freezer to set point of -2F (goes to plus 4 and stops) and over cools the fresh food section to 31 when set at 40. If this a FF damper problem or a control board problem. The compressor seems to run a lot and is very hot. I recently replaced the inverter. John
Answer John, The issue that you are having with the unit getting down to 31 degrees in the refrigerator compartment would be more likely a issue with the damper or a temperature sensor and for the freezer possibly a faulty sensor.
