Amy for Model Number ZIC360NRRH Ge monogram bottom freezer stopped working. No controls light up and no cooling in entire machine. Tech came out and thinks it is the control board. He tried two different boards. The first lit up the display screen but no power to fan or compressor. The second lit up display screen and turned on fan but did not start compressor. He checked compressor separately and it does turn on. Can't seem to determine item number for correct control board that will provide power to compressor. Have tried the control panels: WR55x10560 and WR55x10720. No serial number on machine. Thanks
