Eric for Model Number ZISS420DRSS monogram I successfully replaced a defective damper valve. Now I have no lights in both compartments. The electrical connections are no brainers. Do I have an issue with my main board. Eric
Answer Eric, With both refrigerator and freezer lights not working then you will want to test the transformer which is located under the unit and see if there is 120 vac to them. If there is 120 vac to both of the transformers then the transformers would need to be replaced. If there is not power to them then the control board would be the issue, which is most likely.
