Sergio for Model Number ZISS420DRASS No lights on the touchpad for the ice and water dispenser, unresponsive to touch, obviously not dispensing ice or water. I tested the motherboard outlet hooked up to the dispenser board. It's putting out about 13 volts. It's a 14 year old ge monogram side by side stainless model. If it's a faulty dispenser board does the front stainless panel have to be removed in order to access and replace the board? Could it be anything else?
