Hello John, You should check the dampers in the refrigerator compartment. Check to see if they have broken doors. If the doors are broken then you will have freezing in the refrigerator section. You can test the thermistors in the refrigerator at the control board. The J1 connector is the connector where the thermistors are located. You should have 2.8 to 3.5 VDC on each of the thermistor wires pin 1, 2, 3 or 4 to pin 5. Resistance values at 32 degrees would be 16.3kohms and at 50 degrees would be 10Kohms. You have 3 dampers in the unit if you have the custom cool. You have one at the top in the upper left corner of refrigerator compartment. You would also have 2 behind the custom cool section.
