Brandon for Model Number GSS25LSTDSS My ice dispenser quit working and the following day the water dispenser also quit working. The ice maker is no longer making ice. I have checked my water supply to the water valve and it is good. When I press the dispenser arm it makes a very faint tick sound which I assume is a relay of some sort, other than that there is no sound at all. It also displays a zero for a second for the freezer temp when I press the dispenser arm. I replaced the ice maker about 3 years ago. The refrigerator is about 11 years old.
