Mike C for Model Number zis420N GE 42 Monagram trimmed refrigerator Refrigerator and freezer still work. Front panel where the water and ice dispense is now dark. No power. No lights. When I push for ice there is no sound at all. Took the front panel off. looks like there is a control board and touch pad as a singe unit??? What part do I need to replace? Can send picture to be sure we have the right model. Thanks Mike
Answer Mike, You will want to test at the dispenser control board for 12vdc getting to it. If there is power then the issue will be the board. If there is no power then you will want to check to see if there is damaged wires at the door hinge and if there is not then the main control board would be the issue. Read More...
