Phillip for Model Number General Electric J M72008WH The hardware store made it sound like I had to have an exact match on a replacement broiler element. All mine says on it is Volts 236 / Watts 3000. The holes in the plate are 2 5/8" apart. They also said that it was important that the leads where the wires get bolted be bent up the same as mine rather than the flat ones on their replacement product, and that the dimensions of the element be the same as mine: 11 3/4" wide, ~15 7/8" from the plate to the end, and other dimensions I don't know. Do you know what I need?
