Mark for Model Number PDW8680J00SS The upper rack sprayer does not turn around when spraying. The top and bottom sprayers spins fine. I have cleaned all filters and there is plenty of water coming in (at least 1" or more on bottom). Water does come out of the sprayer but the flow is not as strong as I would expect. Top rack dishes are just not getting clean. All lines are clear of debris and clean. Does this sound like maybe just a weak pump?
Answer Mark, A "weak" pump would also reduce the pressure and flow to the upper spray arm. You'll need to check and make sure the dishwasher is level front to back and side to side and recheck the water level " The flood switch should open when the water level is approximately 1/4-3/8 in. above the base (bottom) of the float dome". If all's OK you'll need to check the spray arm WD35X10055 and hub assembly for excess wear, and the spray arm conduit WD12X10147 for cracks or holes and a proper seal to the manifold pipe.
