Jeffrey for Model Number GSH22JFXLBB I have a GE refrigerator that is not cooling at all. Condenser fan, Evaporator fan and lights are all working. Could this be a bad inverter? The compressor is not coming on. I have 120 volts and 11 volts dc from the j 15 to the inverter. The compressor has around 6.5 to 7 ohms from each terminal and there is no short in windings so I assume its not the compressor.
