Michael for Model Number GTH18EBT3RWW How do I get the control panel to drop down far enough for me to replace the defrost timer board? It comes loose in the front but will not lower or come loose in the rear. Thank You!!
Answer Michael, There would normally be a screw at the front, which you have already removed and then look in the area of the light for a second screw that would be in this area that you would need to remove as well.
