Tim for Model Number pcs25psta When the ice falls out of the ice maker into the shute in the door, the stopper does not open automaticly. The ice just sits in the shute. Is this a mechicanical function or electronic?
Answer Tim, Most likely this is a part failure. The part that you will want to look at is the dispenser solenoid. If the solenoid is faulty it will keep the door from opening.
