Jim for Model Number PSS26MGSCWW I have had to replace my ice bucket assembly 3 times in the last 2 years. The last one has not broken completely, but I have to keep taking it out and clearing the ice out. When it hangs up the bucket jumps out of place. I do not see any way to reduce the size of the ice cubes. I know they drop out of the icemaker frozen together. Looks like I am going to have to learn how to repair the bucket to save money. Any help?
Answer Jim, Unfortunately there is no way to reduce the ice cube size on the unit but you could try to reduce the flow of water to the unit to not allow as much water to flow into the icemaker.
