Chris for Model Number WCVH6260HWW Runs perfect when there is not a load in but if I try to wash anything it seems to be off balance and whole tub bounces around on spin. Took lower panel off and appears the back left shock has more movement then the rest. Could a shock cause the washer to bounce around like its coming apart ?
