Mike it seems like my washer model #wcvh6800j1ww has alot of excessive side to side tub movement . how much is normal ? I am able to run an empty load and the machine seems to act perfectly normal however even with a small load seems to "bang" around alot and have alot of side to side movement. I have taken of the rear shocks and not sure how firm or not firm they are to be?
