Chris Riggs for Model Number GFW480SPK0RR The repair guy said the shocks are bad. I did a load of towels on old shocks still. I went back to put them in the dryer and they were bone dry. Ran out again and still bone dry. Ran it 2 more times and bone dry. Would shocks that have failed cause the washer to not run a cycle? It goes through the load sense cycle at the beginning. The drum never spins when on a good cycle the drum does spin in the load sense cycle. Thoughts?
Answer Chris, The shocks would not cause this unit to allow the clothes to be completely dry when the cycle is finished. The unit does not appear to fill with water so checking the water valves would be the first step in the process. Also, check to make sure that there is the power to the valve. Read More...
