Brad for Model Number JTP86SOH2SS

I have a GE oven/ microwave in wall combo unit. Nether the oven or the microwave will heat. The fan runs continuously when the circuit breaker is on. When you try to start the oven, everything seems fine but it will not hear up. Neither element in the oven will heat. But the microwave will also not heat anything up. The buttons work, you press start, the turntable turns, but nothing heats up. What would possibly cause both things to stop working at the same time?

Answer

Brad, Based on the information provided I would start by checking the incoming power, for the oven you can check at the control board from L1 (black wire) to the red wire on the DLB for 240vac and then each of those wires to N (white wire) for 120vac.
