Fensterlips for Model Number PES7227SL3SS This GE microwave is only a couple years old. It stopped heating food. It now has a lower frequency growl while the turntable turns. I tried buying a magnetron on Amazon but the order failed. The magnetron label says Toshiba 2M248J but the label has a next line that says OC14 and then 36 and then on the bottom of the label (MT) -B. Is my problem likely to be the magnetron? Are the other numbers critical to getting the right unit or only 2M248J? Thanks
Answer Fensterlips, unfortunately, the manufacturer does not list replaceable parts for the model number provided. However, a lower frequency growl can potentially be an issue within the transformer. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, August 26, 2024
