Terry Door seal needs replaced on ge front load whdv660hbb, seems like drum may have fallen down some as the seal was cut by the drum edge. Are there cushions or a cradle that should be replaced?

Answer Terry, There are four suspension rods/shocks and two suspension springs that hold the tub up and center in the opening. You didn't mention any noises or vibration in the washer, but the information would indicate a possible problem in the rear tub bearing, allowing the tub to "wobble" in the spin cycle and "seems like drum may have fallen down some as the seal was cut by the drum edge".
