Hello Tim, check the freezer evap coil defrost water drain tube is not restricted, as that can give you the floor ice build-up which usually flows forward and into the freezer door gasket along the bottom edge. If the drain is clear then check if the freezer door gasket is fully sealing to the cabinet along the bottom as it can allow room air to enter, then turn to frost and then to ice.
