Tim September 14, 2020 for Model Number DFE28JMHDES i have water leaking out of the bottom of the freezer door. Any idea what could be causing this. It dosen't leak all the time. I also have ice build up under the freezer drawer
1 Answer Hello Tim, check the freezer evap coil defrost water drain tube is not restricted, as that can give you the floor ice build-up which usually flows forward and into the freezer door gasket along the bottom edge. If the drain is clear then check if the freezer door gasket is fully sealing to the cabinet along the bottom as it can allow room air to enter, then turn to frost and then to ice. Read More...
