Sue for Model Number WJRE5500G1WW My washer is making a loud grinding or scraping metal sound when agitating, watching the video I thought maybe it was the tub bearing but when opening the front panel and looking inside there are several small ball bearings laying on the bottom of the washer. My understanding is that the tub bearing does not have actual ball bearings, where did these ball bearings come from? What part do I really need to replace?
