Sallysue for Model Number JB670DP1WW Outer dual burner works, inner burner does not. Do I need to replace the burner? Is it possible that the button you use to switch the burner size could go bad and cause this problem? If burner needs to be replaced how do you lift cooktop to replace burner?
Answer SallySue, Using a multimeter you will need to test for power at the inner burner. If you have power to the inner burner then the issue would be the burner.
