Jim for Model Number GFE28GMKFES I replaced the fresh food fan due to failure , updated the control board with sum Wr98R882802. Fresh food area freezing food and the water reservoir (no water) replace thermistor and the fresh food area still freezing food and water. 3 way valve stuck?? Thanks Jim
