Doug for Model Number ghda986ko3ss I bought the replacement part AP4484685 to replace my current one due to the fact that the tabs that hold the top cover on were broken and the top was loose and it was not filtering the way it should. The replacement part does not have clips to attach the bottom to the cover that I can see and it will not stay in place. Is there something that I am missing? How is it suppose to stay in place??
Answer Doug, the fine filter screen should sit on top of the sump filter and the drain port of the fine filter is supposed to drain into the opening at the top of the sump filter.
