Hello Joanne. You will need to check and see if the magnetron WB27X32766 and diode WB27X10037 is good. If not, the microwave will not heat properly. Look for cracks in the magnets on the magnetron and make sure the tip is not burnt. To test the diode, it should only read in one direction. If it reads both ways, it is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
