Pam for Model Number GSC3200F00BL Our aged leaked water. We ordered and replaced the door gasket and gasket insert and ran a load. It took a little more effort to close the door since the seal must be much better so I was sure it would solve the problem but it still leaks. Obviously there's something else wrong, but because of the age of the machine, a manual is no longer available. Can you give us a clue as to what could be wrong?
Answer Pam, The next thing to check is the spray arm assembly WD22X155. If there is a crack in the casing, a crack in the end of the spray arm, or debris partially clogging a jet opening, the water can be redirected down, and along the bottom of the door and "blow out" the bottom around the insert and leak. Also make sure the dishwasher tub is level, and filling properly (water should be 3/4 to 1 inch deep along the front of the tub opening). Read More...
