Byl for Model Number PFSS5NFXCSS Why is the video showing a Whirlpool side-by-side unit when the gasket I need replacing is a GE Profile French Door style fridge with the freezer on the bottom? The replacement gasket does not have the "hard strip" that can be slide behind the door liner, it's all the same flexible material. So how do I slide it into place?
Answer Byl, Above the repair video, it states, Note: This video is intended to give you the general idea of the part replacement procedure. Your appliance may differ depending on the manufacturer and model. Most newer models have a push in type gasket that you do not slide in behind the liner.
