Answer Hello Eddie, The condenser fan motor should spin at a fast rate. It sounds like this could be at least part of your issue. If you stop the fan manually and it does not start back on its' own or if it starts slowly, it indicates that the fan motor WR60X10209 is failing and should be replaced. Read More...
