Josephine September 24, 2023 for Model Number PSS26SGRDSS Hello, I'm ordering the gasket for the fresh food door of my GE Profile. While I'm able to identify the gasket for the fresh food door, I'm not sure the one for the freezer is the correct one that I can see online based on the model number of my GE Profile. It has a measurement of 24" x 20" This is not the measurement of my freezer door, It is a regular length freezer door. How do I order the correct one. I hope i'm ordering the correct one for the fresh food door since it prompted me to the page when I entered the model number. Hope to hear from you. Thank you Josephine

Arie May 25, 2018 I need to replace the freezer door gasket seal. According to GE illustrated part list, the Part No. is WRx20455. When shopping for it, it looks like only black is available, while mine is white. Does the white gasket has a different part no? Thanks. Arie
1 Answer Arie, Yes, the door gaskets will have a different part number, based on the color of the part, and model number of the refrigerator. The part number for the "white" door gasket from a similar refrigerator is WR24X10156 / WR24X10156 Freezer Door Gasket . The part is in stock and available at this time. Thanks, Read More...
Eddie September 29, 2017 for Model Number PSS25SGMDBS Should the condenser coil motor fan spin very fast? Mine is spinning but not really fast. The refrigerator is working but not cooling really well.
1 Answer Hello Eddie, The condenser fan motor should spin at a fast rate. It sounds like this could be at least part of your issue. If you stop the fan manually and it does not start back on its' own or if it starts slowly, it indicates that the fan motor WR60X10209 is failing and should be replaced. Read More...

Karen August 08, 2014 for Model Number GSS25WGSCBB My freezer door wont seal good when closing the fridge door (on my side by side fridge) I never had this problem before, could it be i need to replace my freezer door seal? If we put a little pressure on the freezer door when shutting the fridge, freezer seals tight.Having kids in the house I tend to find frost in the freezer because the kids don't remember to apply pressure. Is there any suggestions to my problem? Or should I try replacing the seal? Thanks
1 Answer Hello Karen, it's certainly possible the gasket could be the problem. Have you taken a good look all around the perimeter of it to see if it has any rips or tears in it? Also, sometimes on the hinge side of the gasket, the gasket will have a tendency to "roll" over and the flat magnetic surface portion of the gasket doesn't make contact with the metal frame of the cabinet. Something else to look for which is commonly overlooked, something as simple as a food product in the freezer sticking out a little bit causing one of the door shelves to hit it when closing the door. If you do determine the gasket is at fault the part # is WR24X20455. Read More...
