Stumped for Model Number 721.88512, 721.88513, 721.88519 I purchased a 25W halogen replacement bulb and followed the instructions, including not touching the bulb. When I turned the power back on, the light stays on all the time. I even tried clearing the light timer. However, I touch the "on" button and then the "off" button and the light won't shut off.

If so, you should take several pictures of the wiring to the board from several directions to aid in the re-connection of the board when you receive it back from them. Read More...
