Sue, Thanks for the question!!!! You can order part number WB36X10213. When changing the bulb be sure to unplug the microwave and do not touch the bulb with your bare skin. oils from your skin will cause premature failure. And not unplugging the unit can damage the control board. Happy Repairs!!!

Hello Stumped, This sounds like you have a control 6871W1A454G issue. Since this board is no longer available, you should contact corecentricsolutions.com to see if they support this board. If so, you should take several pictures of the wiring to the board from several directions to aid in the re-connection of the board when you receive it back from them.

Hello Edward, Yes it is possible for both bulbs to blow a the same time. You may also want to check to make sure that you are getting voltage to the lights. This can be done by dropping the lower cover of the microwave and testing for voltage with the light in the on position across the yellow and blue wires. If there is no power but you are getting the interior lamp then you have a bad control board WB27X10438.
