Edward R. E for Model Number JVM1860BD001 My microwave surface light, which contains two 10 watt halogen lamp bulbs, is not working. Is it possible that both bulbs could burn out at the same time or is there another problem? All other functions of the microwave are working properly.
Answer Hello Edward, Yes it is possible for both bulbs to blow a the same time. You may also want to check to make sure that you are getting voltage to the lights. This can be done by dropping the lower cover of the microwave and testing for voltage with the light in the on position across the yellow and blue wires.
