Julia for Model Number JVM1350AW002 How do you remove the old handle, the bottom has a piece of plastic in the hole and I can't get it out. How do I get the piece of plastic out and then I may be able to push the new handle ( bottom) in. The top of the handle has a screw in it but the bottom looks like it may just push in and maybe expands once in hole. Is this the way the handle fits.
