Jim T for Model Number ZGU384NS2SS My GE Gas Cooktop stopped lighting after boiling over a pot of water. I called in a repair guy and he cleaned out the burner and it will light when using a match or BBQ lighter. He was suppose to call me back with a price to fix it but he never called back. It no longer clicks. The ignitors are not sparking (for any of the burners -- not just the one that overboiled). My initial thought was that I blew a fuse in it or something, but after watching a couple of youtube videos, it seems that the most likely problem is a damaged switch harness. But, I think it could also be the spark modulator. Is there a way to determine exactly what it was?
Answer Hello Jim. If none of the burners are sparking, and the spark switches are good, you will need to replace the spark module WB13T10078 on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, December 5, 2013
