Tom for Model Number Pfss6pkwbss No ice production. Good water pressure on door dispenser. No problem with cooling in freezer or fridg. Maintains -2 and 38 degrees. I was told problem is probably a fan in the freezer section. Is there a test procedure for this fan? Are replacement instructions available for this fan? Thanks for any suggestions
Answer Hi. Make sure the fill tube is not back filled with ice and blocking the water fill. If so then replace the water valve part # WR57X10082. Remove the fill tube part # WR02X12750. Clear the ice with warm sink water and dry the fill tube. Make sure the ice maker part # WR30X10097 is connected tightly. Reset the ice paddle ON/Off.
