Mary for Model Number GSHL6PHXBELS We replaced our ice maker with WR30X10093 and its been over 24 hours and no ice. We tried turning it off and then off and moving the feeler arm in and out three times, but nothing happens. No water is coming into the ice maker, although we do get water to the water dispenser. Any ideas? Thank you
Answer Mary, You will want to allow the icemaker to cycle and see if there is power getting to the icemaker water valve. If there is power then first check to make sure that the fill tube is not frozen and if it is not then this will be a faulty water valve.
