Tom for Model Number JB960KD1CC My burner on the back right isn't heating up. i replaced the element as i could see a break in the coil. The replacement unit doesn't heat either. in fact, I got a 2nd element, and it doesn't heat either. When i look at diagrams for the infinite control, i see numbers WB24T1009 and WB24T10012, both identified as #19. Should i next replace the controller? thanks,
Answer Tom, Yes the infinite control switch WB24T10012 will be the next logical step. You probably checked for any loose or broken wires when you replaced the element, that would leave the infinite switch circuits as the culprit.
